Is there shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery locations.

Are taxes included?

Our prices have displayed all taxes included. However, orders may be subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

Taxes could be applied during the checkout, depending of your shipping destination. 

What are the delivery methods offered?

Courier company:UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maerks, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, Panalpina or Exel.

What are the delivery times?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 2 to 4 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Any order placed before midnight, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and dispatched on D+3 or D+5, excluding weekends and public holidays. You must then add the shipping time.

Please note : Pre ordered and/or limited edition items usually have delayed delivery times. These items are delivered within the time frame indicated in the product description.

** Express delivery guaranteed for all orders placed before 7.30pm, from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), from receipt of the order confirmation email. 

Please note: Taxes and customs duties in the state of destination are at the expense of the customer/ consignee.  

How to track my package?

You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to your tracking number. 

Can I ship to a place other than my home?

You can choose to have it delivered to you but also at your place of work.

(Warning: when you choose to be delivered to your workplace, you accept the responsibility of a third party for the reception of your order). 

Customer Service reserves the right to cancel your order if you are not eligible for delivery.
